Inline Loading
How it works
The Carbon inline loading component is used to notify users that their action is
being processed. W3C WAI-ARIA role="alert" and aria-live="assertive" are
used to ensure screen reader users are also provided the same information.
Accessibility considerations
This component has been validated to meet the WCAG 2.0 AA and Section 508 accessibility guidelines, however changes made by the content owner can affect accessibility compliance. Be sure to review and follow the guidance in this section when updating or adding new content to this component.
- If the inline loading message is changed, be sure it is clear and concise.
